Kyivstar increases quarterly revenue by over a quarter
Kyivstar Group posted revenue of UAH 14.9 billion in the second quarter of 2026. This is 27% more than the same period last year.
The EBITDA indicator, which reflects company profit before tax, interest and depreciation, increased by 21.1% - to UAH 8.3 billion.
Financial indicators also improved compared to the beginning of the year. In the first quarter, the group's revenue was UAH 13.9 billion, and EBITDA - UAH 7.5 billion. Hence, during the quarter, revenue increased by about UAH 1 billion, and EBITDA - by UAH 800 million.
Kyivstar's business growth is driven not only by mobile communication. In the first quarter, digital services brought the group UAH 2.9 billion, or almost 21% of total revenue. The company attributed such dynamics to the development of its own digital ecosystem and the accession of new assets.
The group includes the car-hailing and delivery service Uklon, medical platforms Helsi and Tabletki.ua, online television Kyivstar TV and the My Kyivstar application. In February 2026, the company acquired Tabletki.ua for USD 160 million.
Kyivstar also develops fixed-line internet, cloud solutions, cybersecurity services and Starlink Direct to Cell satellite mobile communication. As of the end of March, the operator served over 22 million mobile subscribers and more than 1.2 million home internet users.
Kyivstar Group shares are traded on the American Nasdaq exchange under the ticker KYIV. The company listed on the exchange in August 2025, becoming the first Ukrainian company represented on the US stock market.
