Cabinet of Ministers changes procedure for maintaining the register of those liable for military service

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the procedure for maintaining the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service, and Reservists "Oberih". The document defines the rules for entering, updating, checking, and correcting data.

As reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, information must be entered into the register within five working days after its receipt.

Data can be entered into "Oberih" automatically - through exchange with other state systems, registers, and databases. Information may also be entered manually based on data received from:

• the individual themselves;
• state bodies and local self-government bodies;
• enterprises and educational institutions;
• territorial recruitment and social support centers;
• military units.

Information provided personally by a citizen is subject to mandatory verification. It will be compared with data already contained in the register.

How to correct an error in the "Oberih" register

Inaccurate information can be corrected automatically or upon an individual's request. To do so, one must submit an application to the register maintenance body where the citizen is registered for military service.

If incorrect information was entered by another body, the application must be submitted to that body. Errors originating from another state system will be corrected after receipt of clarified data from the responsible state body.

You can check information about yourself in the register free of charge through the "Reserve+" application. Information can also be obtained through the electronic services portal if technically feasible, or by sending a written request to the district or city territorial recruitment and social support center where the person is registered.
