"Nova Poshta" more than doubles net profit

LLC "Nova Poshta" in the first half of 2026 received UAH 2.709 billion in net profit. This is 2.3 times more than in the same period of 2025, when the figure was UAH 1.196 billion.

The company's net income from sales of products, works and services grew by 31.7% - from UAH 24.668 billion to UAH 32.489 billion.

At the same time, the cost of services sold increased by 35.5%, to UAH 26.445 billion. Gross profit grew by 17.3% - to UAH 6.044 billion.

Operating profit was UAH 2.387 billion, which is only 2.7% higher than the result for the first half of 2025. The much faster growth in net profit was, in particular, due to an increase in financial income.

Nova Poshta's financial income increased almost sixfold - from UAH 341.1 million to UAH 2.03 billion. Meanwhile, financial expenses decreased by 9% - to UAH 1.013 billion.

The company's pre-tax profit more than doubled - from UAH 1.423 billion to UAH 2.929 billion. Income tax expenses amounted to UAH 220.3 million.

Net cash flow from operating activities grew by 45.8% - to UAH 4.027 billion. The company spent UAH 1.101 billion on the acquisition of fixed assets and intangible assets.

During the first half of the year, Nova Poshta paid shareholders UAH 3.904 billion in dividends. Total cash outflow from financing activities was UAH 7.727 billion.

As of June 30, 2026, the company's assets were estimated at UAH 31.511 billion, compared to UAH 33.824 billion at the end of 2025. Cash and cash equivalents decreased from UAH 4.195 billion to UAH 2.622 billion.

This refers to a separate interim condensed financial statement of LLC "Nova Poshta", not the consolidated results of the entire NOVA group.
