Ukrainian intelligence has received information about Russia preparing new strikes on Ukrainian territory, including on ships. Defense forces are already preparing countermeasures, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated after a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters.

Particular attention at the meeting was given to Russian attacks on Odesa and the region, port infrastructure, and the Ukrainian sea corridor. Reports were presented by Commander of the Naval Forces Oleksiy Neizhpapa, Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate Oleh Ivashchenko, and government representative Serhiy Koretsky.

According to Zelensky, the Cabinet of Ministers is in talks with neighboring states on expanding cross-border cooperation with Ukraine. Next week, the government is to present a list of measures to diversify export routes.

The President underscored that stable grain exports and the operation of maritime logistics are essential not only for Ukraine's economy but also for global food security. Supply cuts could lead to price rises in Middle Eastern and North African countries, as well as increase migration pressure on Europe.

During the Headquarters meeting, the new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykhailo Drapatyi, delivered his first report on the front-line situation in this format. Special attention was paid to the Slavyansk and Kostiantynivka areas, as well as the Zaporizhzhia front.

The participants also updated the list of armaments and equipment needed by Ukraine. Zelensky intends to discuss these requests with leaders of partner countries.
