Exchange rates of major currencies set by the National Bank of Ukraine on Monday, August 3, 2026
The US dollar exchange rate, compared to August 2, fell by 5 kopiykas to 44.6395 per 1 dollar.
The euro weakened to 51.2729 per 1 euro.
The pound sterling rose by 8 kopiykas to 59.9017 per 1 pound sterling.
The Swiss franc strengthened by 15 kopiykas to 55.1309 per 1 Swiss franc.
The Polish zloty edged down by 1 kopiyka to 11.8861 per 1 Polish zloty.

The National Bank of Ukraine sets the exchange rate between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and the rate takes effect the following day. Also, at 12:00 PM, the NBU publishes a reference rate, which serves as an indicator of what to expect at 3:00 PM. On weekends and holidays, the exchange rates of the last business day apply.
The National Bank continues to work daily to maintain the stability of the hryvnia by conducting foreign exchange interventions, preventing significant fluctuations in currency rates.
