Premium diesel inches closer to 100 UAH, gasoline stabilizes: prices at Ukrainian gas stations

After the weekend, the largest gas station networks mostly maintained prices for gasoline and autogas, however, the cost of diesel fuel rose again at some operators. The most expensive premium diesel on August 3 costs 97.90 UAH per liter.

According to RBC-Ukraine, the SOCAR network raised prices the most over the weekend: standard diesel went up by 2 UAH - to 94.90 UAH/l, and premium - to 97.90 UAH/l. At WOG, both types of diesel increased by 1 UAH each and now cost 93.80 and 96.80 UAH/l respectively.

Compared to Friday, July 31, standard diesel also rose in price at UPG - by 1.40 UAH, to 90.90 UAH/l, and at KLO - by 1 UAH, to 92.90 UAH/l. At OKKO, the price remained at 92.50 UAH/l, and at UKRNAFTA - 89.90 UAH/l.

Meanwhile, at "BRSM-Nafta", according to the "Glavkom" table, standard diesel dropped from 90.99 to 86.99 UAH/l. Gasoline A-95 in this network fell by 45 kopiyok - to 78.99 UAH/l, and autogas - by 1.51 UAH, to 39.49 UAH/l. There is no data for AMIC in the August 3 tables, so this network is not included in the comparison.

Fuel prices on August 3

Standard gasoline A-95 in the surveyed networks is sold at the following prices:

  • SOCAR - 85.40 UAH/l;
  • WOG - 83.50 UAH/l;
  • OKKO - 82.90 UAH/l;
  • KLO - 81.10 UAH/l;
  • UPG and UKRNAFTA - 79.90 UAH/l each;
  • "BRSM-Nafta" - 78.99 UAH/l.

Standard diesel costs from 86.99 UAH/l at "BRSM-Nafta" to 94.90 UAH/l at SOCAR. Premium fuel is also the most expensive at SOCAR - 97.90 UAH/l. Autogas is sold within the range of 39.49 UAH/l at "BRSM-Nafta" to 44.90 UAH/l at KLO. 

Gasoline prices at most major networks did not change over the weekend. Autogas also remained stable at OKKO, WOG, KLO, UPG and UKRNAFTA. At SOCAR, it rose by 14 kopiyok compared to Friday - to 43.90 UAH/l.

Previously, KURS Ukraine reported that in July, the average price of diesel fuel increased by 15.89 UAH - from 76.10 to 91.99 UAH/l. Gasoline A-95 rose by 6.59 UAH over the month, and autogas - by 2.91 UAH.
