Average salary of officials in June exceeded 66 thousand hryvnias

The average accrued salary of employees of central executive authorities in June 2026 amounted to UAH 66.84 thousand. This is UAH 7 thousand more than in the same month last year.

The Ministry of Finance explained the seasonal increase in payments by the vacation period, during which employees are accrued health improvement assistance.

The highest average salaries among central-level state bodies in June were recorded in the following institutions:

  • NCRECP - UAH 107.2 thousand;
  • Antimonopoly Committee - UAH 98.4 thousand;
  • National Agency on Corruption Prevention - UAH 97.9 thousand;
  • Verkhovna Rada Secretariat - UAH 96.4 thousand;
  • Accounting Chamber - UAH 94.5 thousand.

The Ministry of Finance emphasized that monthly figures may fluctuate significantly. Accrued salaries include not only official salaries, but also compensation for unused vacations, material assistance, severance pay upon dismissal, and other accruals provided by law.

The average remuneration of judges of higher judicial bodies in June ranged from UAH 197.8 thousand to UAH 446.7 thousand. This refers to judges of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, the High Anti-Corruption Court, as well as members of the High Council of Justice and the High Qualification Commission of Judges.

Employees of the central-level judicial administration bodies secretariats received an average of UAH 71.46 thousand.

The total actual number of state bodies employees in June was 165.6 thousand people - 1.6 thousand less than a year ago. In particular, 108.6 thousand people worked in central and territorial state bodies, 23 thousand in local state and military administrations, and another 34 thousand in judicial bodies.

The statistics do not include employees of the security and defense sector. The Ministry of Finance updates the relevant dashboard monthly on the basis of information received from state bodies.
