Children's payments can be processed in Diia, beta test being prepared

Diia is starting to recruit users to test three new social services for pregnant women and parents with young children. After the launch, applications for state payments can be submitted online.

During beta testing, the processing of the following will be checked:

• benefit due to pregnancy and childbirth for uninsured women;
• benefit in the first year of the child's life;
• the "yeYasla" benefit for parents who work and raise a child aged one to three years.

Benefit in the first year of the child

After the launch of the service, mothers will be able to submit an application through the Diia portal and receive 7,000 UAH monthly per child. If the child has a disability, the payment will be 10,500 UAH.

Adult mothers who have a child under one year and seven months and have not yet received this benefit are invited to the testing.

To participate, you also need a passport and a tax ID in Diia, a registered place of residence or actual place of residence for internally displaced persons, a completed medical report on pregnancy and childbirth, and a Diia Card with a "Child Care" account.

"yeYasla" payments for working parents

The "yeYasla" service is intended for parents who officially work full-time and raise a child aged one to three years.

The amount of the monthly benefit will be 8,000 UAH per child or 12,000 UAH if the child has a disability.

To participate in testing, the applicant must be of age, have a passport and tax ID in Diia, a registered or actual place of residence as an internally displaced person, and a Diia Card with a "Child Care" account.

If the right to payment arose earlier, an application can be submitted within six months. In this case, the benefit will be assigned from the month following when the child turns one year, but not earlier than January 1, 2026.

Benefit for uninsured pregnant women

The third service will allow women who do not have compulsory state social insurance to apply for benefits due to pregnancy and childbirth.

Adult pregnant women or mothers who have recently given birth can participate in the testing. They must have a valid medical report of the category "Pregnancy and Childbirth" or a document whose validity period ended no more than six months ago.

The applicant must not already be receiving benefits under this medical report or have submitted an application in another way. Also required are documents in Diia, a registered place of residence, and a Diia Card with a standard account.

Currently, the services are at the testing stage. An application for participation can be submitted via separate links published on the Diia website.
