Exchange rates of major currencies set by the National Bank of Ukraine on Thursday, August 6, 2026
The US dollar exchange rate, compared to August 5, fell by 6 kopiykas to 44.6895 per 1 dollar.
The euro exchange rate rose by 9 kopiykas to 51.6253 per 1 euro.
The pound sterling exchange rate rose by 7 kopiykas to 60.2414 per 1 pound sterling.
The Swiss franc exchange rate dropped by 6 kopiykas to 55.2643 per 1 Swiss franc.
The Polish zloty appreciated by 2 kopiykas to 11.9882 per 1 Polish zloty.

The National Bank of Ukraine sets the exchange rate from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with the rate taking effect the following day. Also at 12:00 PM, the NBU publishes a reference rate value, which serves as a guide on what to expect at 3:00 PM. On weekends and holidays, the rates of the last business day apply.
The National Bank continues to work daily to maintain the stability of the hryvnia, conducting foreign exchange interventions, and prevents significant exchange rate fluctuations.
