Diesel in one of the gas station chains immediately rose in price by 4 UAH – price monitoring

Fuel prices in the largest gas station chains of Ukraine on August 6 mostly remained at the level of the previous day. At the same time, a noticeable price increase was recorded at "BRSM-Nafta" filling stations, and diesel also rose in price in the KLO network.

Compared to August 5, standard diesel fuel at "BRSM-Nafta" increased by 4.05 UAH – from 86.99 to 91.04 UAH per liter. Autogas in this network added 1.90 UAH and now costs 41.39 UAH, while A-95 gasoline rose in price by 64 kopiykas – to 79.63 UAH per liter.

At KLO filling stations, regular and premium diesel rose in price by 1 UAH. Their cost reached 93.90 and 96.60 UAH per liter, respectively. Prices for gasoline and gas in the network did not change.

In the other chains represented in the monitoring – UPG, OKKO, WOG, SOCAR, and "Ukrnafta" – prices remained at the level of the previous day. Data from RBC-Ukraine on the four largest operators also show no changes in the cost of gasoline, diesel, and autogas.

The cheapest A-95 gasoline among the seven compared chains is offered by "BRSM-Nafta" – 79.63 UAH per liter. At UPG and "Ukrnafta" it costs 79.90 UAH, while the highest price is maintained by SOCAR – 85.40 UAH per liter.

Standard diesel fuel is cheapest sold by "Ukrnafta" – at 89.90 UAH per liter. At UPG it costs 90.90 UAH, at "BRSM-Nafta" – 91.04 UAH, and at SOCAR – 95.90 UAH. Premium diesel in different chains is sold from 91.90 to 98.90 UAH per liter.

Prices for autogas are in the range from 41.39 UAH at "BRSM-Nafta" to 44.90 UAH at KLO. At OKKO and SOCAR gas costs 43.90 UAH, at WOG – 44.50 UAH, and at UPG and "Ukrnafta" – 42.90 UAH per liter.

A day earlier, Current Ukraine reported that gasoline in large chains held below 86 UAH per liter, while diesel continued to rise in price. A comparison of the tables for August 5 and 6 indicates that the new increase was concentrated mainly in the "BRSM-Nafta" and KLO chains.
