"Ukrposhta" closes four branches in Kramatorsk

In Kramatorsk, four branches of "Ukrposhta" are ceasing operations. The network reduction was announced by the Kramatorsk City Council.

Residents are advised to check in advance which branch their parcels, pensions, and social payments were redirected to. Up-to-date information about post office operations can be obtained in the "Ukrposhta" app and on its website, as well as by calling the contact center at 0 800 300 545.

The decision was made amid a worsening security situation in Kramatorsk. The city is under regular attacks by Russian troops. In particular, on August 4, as a result of an attack with two FAB-500 aerial bombs, residential buildings, critical infrastructure facilities, a bank, and a post office were damaged.

This is not the first reduction of the "Ukrposhta" network in Donetsk region in 2026. As of June 30, the company temporarily suspended the operation of the last stationary branch in Druzhkivka due to constant shelling and danger to employees and visitors.

After the branch closure, Druzhkivka residents were offered to receive postal services in Krasnotorka and Kramatorsk. Pensions, social payments, and state aid were converted into money transfers, available at other stationary branches of the company.

"Ukrposhta" emphasized that the cessation of work in front-line settlements is a temporary measure aimed at protecting employees and customers.
