President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced personnel matters in the Armed Forces that he discussed with the Commander-in-Chief of the AFU, Mykhailo Drapatyi.

According to the head of state, these issues require resolution. At the same time, Zelenskyy did not specify which positions or military leaders might be affected by the upcoming personnel changes.

During the Commander-in-Chief's report, special attention was paid to the defense of Kostyantynivka, Sloviansk, and Donetsk region as a whole.

The President thanked Ukrainian units that are repelling Russian assaults, eliminating enemy penetration attempts, and carrying out combat missions. According to him, the military leadership has an understanding of how to strengthen this direction.

Zelenskyy and Drapatyi also discussed operations under the so-called long-range sanctions against Russia. The President announced the results of strikes on the Yaroslavl Oil Refinery and noted that relevant operations will continue.

Moreover, the Commander-in-Chief reported on the work to strengthen Ukraine's defense against ballistic missiles and contacts with the American side. Ukraine continues negotiations with partners to receive additional missile packages for air defense systems.
