Russia attacks enterprises and infrastructure in three regions: warehouses and industrial facilities damaged

On the night of August 11, Russian forces struck Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk region. Industrial and logistics facilities, warehouses, a bank, a shop, medical and utility infrastructure were damaged.

In Zaporizhzhia, the Russians used missiles and guided aerial bombs. Industrial facilities and the city's infrastructure came under attack. Non-residential buildings, a garage cooperative and four multi-apartment buildings were damaged. Fires and power outages occurred in some areas.

According to the latest data from the head of Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, six people were killed and 19 injured in the city.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, a fire broke out in a warehouse as a result of a missile strike. The fire covered 1,200 square metres; emergency services extinguished it. One injured person was handed over to medics.

Also, a hit was recorded on the territory of a children's hospital. Two craters formed there and the building's windows and a gas pipe were damaged. The gas service stopped the leak. The children and doctors were in the shelter during the attack.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the Russian army attacked five districts with drones and artillery more than 20 times. In the Synelnykove district, a warehouse of a logistics company was damaged, and in the Nikopol district — an administrative building, a bank branch, a shop and a dormitory. In several communities, cars, a multi-apartment building and private houses were also damaged.

As a result of the strikes on the region, three people were killed and five injured. Among the dead and injured are children.

Overall, according to data released as of this morning, at least nine people were killed and 25 injured in the three regions. Information on the consequences of the attacks is being clarified.

The Russian Defence Ministry stated that during the strikes on Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia, the Russian army allegedly attacked enterprises of the military-industrial complex and logistics centres. The Ukrainian side reported damage to industrial facilities in Zaporizhzhia and a warehouse in Kyiv but did not confirm their affiliation with the military-industrial complex.
