Nova Poshta is adapting its logistics system to operate under wartime threats. The company is transitioning to a decentralized sorting model and implementing backup shipment processing systems.

The changes are intended to enhance the protection of customers' parcels and ensure stable delivery in the event of damage or temporary shutdown of individual logistics facilities.

The company noted that the Nova Poshta network continues to operate throughout Ukraine and has over 56 thousand service points. These include branches, parcel lockers, and courier delivery.

For the security of employees, customers, and logistics processes, the company does not disclose details of the reorganization, facility locations, and backup routes.

Customers can check the current status and movement of a specific shipment in the official Nova Poshta mobile app.

The company's statement came amid regular Russian attacks on Nova Poshta sorting terminals, warehouses, and branches.
