Sevastopol completely lost power after a drone attack

On the night of August 13, temporarily occupied Sevastopol was completely left without electricity after a drone attack. The power outage was announced by Russia-appointed head of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhayev.

According to him, the attack hit energy infrastructure. A special regime was introduced at the damaged facilities, and emergency services began assessing the consequences of the attack.

The occupation authorities urged residents to conserve phone charges and turn off unnecessary electrical appliances to avoid overloading the network. There is no data yet on the timing of full restoration of power supply.

The local Telegram channel "Crimean Wind" reported a powerful explosion and fire near critical infrastructure facilities. The cause of the fire and the exact extent of the damage have not been officially established.

Local publics are also sharing information about possible deaths as a result of falling debris. There is no independent or official confirmation of these reports at the time of publication. The Ukrainian side has not commented on the attack.
