The DIU revealed Russia's missile stockpiles and production rates

Russia does not have a shortage of missiles and is capable of monthly producing more than 200 cruise and ballistic missiles; the largest stockpiles Russia has are "Oniks", "Kalibr" missiles and RM-48U for S-400 systems, according to Українська правда.

According to information from the Main Intelligence Directorate, which UP received, Russia maintains high missile production rates, and in some cases even exceeds the established plans.

Verbatim from the material: "Russia in total can produce more than 200 cruise and ballistic missiles per month. Currently the main priority is the production of "Iskander-M", Kh-101 missiles and "Kalibrs"".

According to DIU data, Russia has about 600 "Oniks" missiles, 450 "Kalibrs" and 400 RM-48U ballistic missiles for S-400 systems.

As of August 5, the Russian Federation had about 130 9M723 ballistic missiles for "Iskander-M" systems. "Tsirkon" missile stockpiles are estimated at about 120 units, Kh-101 – at 100, and "Kinzhal" – at 50.

Also, according to intelligence data, as of July 2026 Russia had about 50 North Korean KN-23, KN-24 and KN-30 ballistic missiles.

The material notes that the monthly plan of the Russian military-industrial complex provides for the production of 60 9M723 missiles for "Iskander-M". However, in July this figure was exceeded – 65 missiles were manufactured.

In the same month Russia produced 87 Kh-101 cruise missiles.

In addition, the Russian Federation monthly produces about 50 RM-48U missiles for S-400 systems. In total, during 2026 the Russians plan to produce over 480 such missiles – more than twice as many as planned for 2025.

What preceded:

From 18:00 on August 19, the Russians attacked Kyiv region with "Oniks", "Tsirkon", "Iskander-M" missiles and missiles for S-400 systems, which approach the target on a ballistic trajectory.

As a result of the attack on Kyiv, 12 people were killed, and 34 more were injured.
