Two more industrial parks will receive state funding worth tens of millions of hryvnias

The Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine has decided to provide UAH 56 million of state incentives to two industrial parks in Khmelnytskyi and Rivne regions. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.

The industrial park "ART PACK INDUSTRIAL" in Khmelnytskyi region will receive UAH 9.699 million for the arrangement of access roads. Another UAH 46.305 million will be directed to the industrial park "KRONOSPAN RIVNE" in Rivne region for the development of energy infrastructure.

Taking into account the new decision, since the beginning of 2026, four industrial parks have already received state support for the implementation of four projects. The total amount of financing is UAH 152 million.

The program operates on a co-financing basis: the state can cover up to 50% of the project cost. For de-occupied and front-line territories, as well as the restoration of infrastructure damaged by hostilities, the share of state financing can reach 80%.

The recipient of support is obliged to put into operation at least 5,000 sq. m of industrial real estate within three years and attract at least two industrial enterprises to the industrial park.

Applications for state incentives in 2026 are accepted through Oschadbank, Ukreximbank, Ukrgasbank and Sense Bank. The Ministry of Economy has extended the deadline for applications until August 31.

Currently, 123 industrial parks are registered in Ukraine. As of the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises were built or under construction on their territories, and the total amount of attracted investments exceeded UAH 45 billion.
