On the night of August 25, Russian troops attacked enterprises, industrial and infrastructure facilities in several regions of Ukraine. An international checkpoint on the border with Moldova, enterprises in Chernihiv region, an industrial zone in Kharkiv, and a shopping center in Dnipropetrovsk region were damaged.

In the south of the country, Shahed-type attack drones hit the international automobile checkpoint "Vynohradivka" on the Ukrainian-Moldovan border. The strike damaged the checkpoint infrastructure and caused a fire that was localized by rescuers.

"Vynohradivka" has been temporarily suspended: passage of citizens and vehicles is not carried out, and transport is redirected to other checkpoints. The Ukrainian side informed the border services of Moldova about the situation.

This is not the first such attack on border infrastructure in recent days. On August 21, after drone attacks, the international checkpoint "Tabaky - Myrne" on the border with Moldova temporarily ceased operations: its infrastructure and administrative buildings of the customs post were damaged. On August 20, a Shahed struck a facility near the "Reni - Giurgiulesti" checkpoint, after which a fire broke out. Thus, within less than a week, Russian strikes have hit facilities near international transport crossings on the border with Moldova several times.

Business and farm facilities in Chernihiv region also sustained significant damage. Russian troops attacked Koriukivka district from evening through the night. At one of the enterprises, a fire broke out after the strike covering an area of over 3000 sq. m.

In addition, fires occurred on the territories of road and forestry facilities, as well as private enterprises. Rescuers extinguished all fires. There were no reports of casualties as a result of these attacks.

In Kharkiv, Russian missiles hit an industrial zone in Osnovianskyi district. City authorities have not yet reported which enterprises or production facilities were damaged. One person was killed as a result of the shelling.

In Dnipropetrovsk region, the Slobozhanska community of Dniprovskyi district came under fire. There, a shopping complex and a truck were damaged as a result of the attack.

Thus, among the main consequences of the night strikes on August 25 are damage to industrial and private enterprises, trade and border infrastructure, as well as road and forestry facilities.
