Russia destroyed another Aurora distribution center in Kyiv region

Russian troops on Monday, August 31, destroyed another distribution center of the Aurora multimarket chain in Kyiv region. Company employees were not injured.

This was reported by Taras Panasenko, co-founder and CEO of Aurora.

According to him, during the attack all employees of the distribution center were in shelter. The company is still assessing the extent of damage and other consequences of the strike.

"The most important thing is that none of our employees were injured, all our colleagues were in shelter. We will be able to talk about other consequences of the attack later", — Panasenko said.

This is not the first Aurora distribution center to be affected by Russian attacks in recent days. On August 27, a Russian strike destroyed the chain's distribution center in Kyiv region. At that time, employees also managed to get to shelter and none of them were injured.

Another facility of the company came under attack on August 22. The strike damaged an Aurora distribution center. At the time of the attack, its workers were also in shelter.

Thus, in less than ten days, Russian strikes have affected several logistics facilities of one of Ukraine's largest retailers.

Aurora is one of the largest multimarket chains in Ukraine. The company was founded in 2011. In the first half of 2026, its revenue grew by about 30% and reached 33.6 billion UAH including VAT.
