The Ministry of Defense confirmed that in the morning some users received such a message. According to the ministry, the current version of Reserve+ is already available in the App Store and Google Play.

At the same time, due to increased load after the update release, temporary difficulties with authorization and operation of certain functions may occur. In such cases, the Ministry of Defense advises to wait and try again later. The ministry expects the service to stabilize in the near future.

In case of similar failures, users should save in advance the current PDF version of the electronic military registration document on their smartphone. It can be downloaded through Reserve+ and have access to the document even when there are problems with the app itself or the internet connection. The PDF version of the eVOD can also be printed if necessary.

It is important to periodically download the current version of the document, especially after changes in military registration data or status in the registry.
