The dollar continues to cheapen on the Ukrainian market
On the first day of autumn, the same situation persists on the interbank currency market: a balance of supply and demand continues to be observed, supported by interventions of the National Bank. Deals in the first half of the trading session are in the range of 44.44-44.52 UAH. As in previous days, the hryvnia looks quite strong and confident. No signs of a trend change are visible yet.
The euro on the interbank currency market of Ukraine on Tuesday continues to cheapen and trades in the range of 51.51-51.66 UAH on the "bid" position. This is 5-7 kopecks cheaper than on Monday. The decline in euro prices in Ukraine today occurs synchronously with the decline in prices for non-cash dollar, which has been observed for the third consecutive day. On the international currency market FOREX, the euro trades in the range of 1.1588-1.1624 dollars.
In the capital, price tags for cash dollars have slightly decreased compared to yesterday. If yesterday wholesale exchange offices of Kyiv sold dollars at 44.75-44.77 UAH, today they do at 44.72-44.73 UAH. In Dnipro, dollars are sold at 44.70-44.75 UAH, in Poltava, Mykolaiv, Khmelnytskyi – at 44.75 UAH, in Odesa – at 44.76 UAH.
Ukrainian banks by 13:00 sell dollars at prices from 44.59 UAH in Kredytvest Bank to 44.99 UAH in Idea Bank. As for the euro, at the moment it can be purchased cheapest at 51.75 UAH in Pravex Bank.
Oil prices in the world continue to go up. The price of the popular Brent brand by the time of writing rose to $92.50 per barrel and currently trades in the range of $92.14-92.38 per barrel.
On crypto exchanges, high volatility of prices for major cryptocurrencies persists for the third consecutive day: they either sharply rise or sharply fall. Thus, bitcoin (BTC) on the popular crypto exchange Binance on Tuesday morning rose to $79,220 per coin, and ether (ETH) – to $2,485.50 per coin. Currently, bitcoin is sold at $77,910-77,930 per coin, and ether at $2,451-2,454 per coin.
