ZAMMLER reorganizes warehouse business after series of attacks on logistics

The Ukrainian logistics group ZAMMLER announced the termination of operations of LLC "ZAMMLER SKLAD" as part of a change in the group's structure. ZAMMLER will continue to fulfill its obligations to customers, and the team that provided the warehouse direction remains with the company.

ZAMMLER stated that the changes should not affect the quality of service delivery. Customers who used the company's warehouse services will be informed separately about the further format of work.

This announcement came shortly after another series of Russian strikes on the logistics infrastructure of the Kyiv region. On August 31, the Russian Ministry of Defense claimed a drone strike on the trade and logistics center "Zammler sklad" in the Boryspil district.

The Russian agency alleged that the facility was used for the storage and distribution of military cargo arriving in Ukraine from Western countries. The Ukrainian side did not confirm these claims regarding the purpose of the cargo.

At the same time, Ukrainian local authorities confirmed the aftermath of the Russian attack in the Boryspil district on August 31. According to Ruslan Diachenko, head of the Boryspil District Military Administration, the strikes damaged three warehouse premises and an apartment building in the district. The names of the damaged warehouse operators were not specified in the statement.

ZAMMLER itself, in its statement about the structural changes, did not link the termination of operations of LLC "ZAMMLER SKLAD" to the Russian attack.

Moreover, data from open registries indicate that the legal reorganization of the company began long before the attack. The legal entity with EDRPOU code 37416998 changed its name from LLC "ZAMMLER SKLAD" to LLC "TRANS PULSE" in December 2024. In January 2025, a decision was made to liquidate it, and currently the company has the status of terminated in the registry.

The main company of the group, LLC "ZAMMLER UKRAINE", continues to operate. Among its registered areas of activity are warehouse management, cargo handling, and other logistics services. According to ZAMMLER, the group operates in four countries, has 17 offices and eight warehouse complexes in Ukraine.

In 2025, the revenue of LLC "ZAMMLER UKRAINE" amounted to approximately UAH 491.7 million. In the first half of 2026, the company received UAH 297.1 million in revenue and UAH 36.1 million in net profit.
