The rate of major currencies set by the National Bank of Ukraine on Friday, September 4, 2026

The dollar rate, compared to September 3, increased to 44.7273 per 1 dollar.

The euro appreciated by 29 kopecks to 51.9382 per 1 euro.

The pound sterling appreciated by 19 kopecks to 60.3577 per 1 pound sterling.

The Swiss franc rate increased by 52 kopecks to 55.2967 per 1 Swiss franc.

The Polish zloty appreciated by 7 kopecks to 12.0048 per 1 Polish zloty.

The National Bank of Ukraine sets the exchange rate from 15:00 to 16:00, and the rate becomes effective from the next day. Also at 12:00, the NBU publishes the reference value of the exchange rate, which serves as an indicator of what to expect at 15:00. On weekends and holidays, the rates of the last working day apply.

The National Bank continues to work daily to maintain the stability of the hryvnia by conducting foreign exchange interventions and does not allow significant exchange rate fluctuations.
