Russians attacked another "Epicenter" - this time in Pryluky

Russian troops attacked a shopping center in Pryluky, Chernihiv region, on the afternoon of September 8. According to local media, the target was an "Epicenter" store, chain facilities of which have been repeatedly attacked by Russian troops in various regions of Ukraine in recent weeks.

The Chernihiv regional police reported the attack. Law enforcement officers did not officially name the shopping center, but local media report that it is "Epicenter".

Information about casualties and the extent of destruction is currently being clarified.

Investigative-operative police groups, explosives experts, and other specialized services are working at the strike site. Law enforcement officers are guarding the area, documenting damage, and collecting evidence of the Russian strike on civilian infrastructure.

The police have urged residents not to approach the attack site due to the risk of a repeat strike and to respond to air raid signals.

It should be noted that recently in Pryluky, a tobacco factory owned by British American Tobacco was damaged as a result of the Russian attack

Russia Regularly Attacks Epicenter Facilities

The strike on the store in Pryluky continued a series of Russian attacks on the trade, logistics, and production infrastructure of the Epicenter group.

In late August, Russian troops attacked the chain's facilities in Odesa and Zaporizhzhia. During a massive attack on Odesa on August 24, two hypermarkets were damaged, with large-scale fires breaking out. On August 28, the Epicenter in Zaporizhzhia was hit.

Another massive attack occurred in early September in Mykolaiv. Russian drones repeatedly attacked the local Epicenter shopping center. After repeated hits, the building sustained significant damage.

In addition to shopping centers, Russia is attacking the company's logistics and production infrastructure. During the massive strike on August 5, two large Epicenter warehouse complexes in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast were destroyed.

At the same time, a Russian missile hit the production site of Epicentr Ceramic Corporation. The strike destroyed production kilns, causing one of Ukraine's largest ceramic tile manufacturers to cease operations.
