Russia struck the parking lot of the "Manufaktura" shopping mall in Sumy: three people killed
Russian troops carried out a drone strike on the evening of September 9 on the parking lot near the "Manufaktura" shopping center in Sumy. According to preliminary data, three people were killed and there are wounded.
This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Oleh Hryhorov, the head of the Sumy City Military Administration Serhiy Kryvosheienko, and "Suspilne Sumy".
The strike hit the area near the shopping center. As a result of the attack, cars in the parking lot and the mall building were damaged, and a fire broke out.

According to preliminary data from local authorities, three people were killed. There are also known wounded, their number and condition are being clarified.
Rescuers, medics, police, and other emergency services are working at the scene. Rescue operations, firefighting, and area inspection are ongoing.

Hryhorov emphasized that the Russian drone struck a civilian target. The authorities also warned residents of the ongoing threat of repeated attacks and urged them not to approach the impact site.
Updated: Kryvosheienko reported that the number of victims has risen to 14, including a 16-year-old teenager.
Four of the victims are in serious condition, according to doctors.
Hryhorov adds that there are three children among the injured.
This is not the first attack on "Manufaktura" in September. On September 4, a Russian FPV drone also attacked the territory of the shopping center, damaging a car and the premises of the complex.
