In "Reserve+" expanded the list of teachers who can apply for deferral online
In the "Reserve+" app, the list of teaching staff who can apply for deferral from mobilization online has been expanded. Now this opportunity is available to teachers and other teaching staff of general secondary education institutions.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
To apply for deferral, you no longer need to collect certificates and contact the Administrative Service Center (TsNAP). The request can be submitted directly in the app, and the system will automatically check the necessary data.
According to Deputy Minister of Defense Mstyslav Banik, digitalization of the process should reduce bureaucracy, the influence of the human factor, and the load on territorial recruitment centers (TCC and SP).
Who can get deferral through "Reserve+"
The system checks the right of a teaching staff member to deferral using data from the Automated Information Complex of Educational Management (AIKOM) and the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
For successful application, several conditions must be met simultaneously: the educational institution must be indicated in AIKOM as the main place of work, the teaching load must be at least 0.75 of a full-time position, and the position must belong to the category of teaching staff of a general secondary education institution.
In addition, the EDRPOU code of the employer in AIKOM must match the code of the main place of work in the Pension Fund information.
Therefore, the Ministry of Defense advises to make sure that the data about the place of work, position, and teaching load in government systems is up-to-date before submitting the request.
How to submit a request
In "Reserve+", go to the "Services" section, select "Request for deferral", and then the category "Teachers and other teaching staff of general secondary education institutions". After checking the data, you need to confirm and send the request.
No need to upload certificates or other documents. After completion of the automatic check, the user will receive a notification, and if the deferral is granted, the relevant information will appear in the electronic military registration document.
If the system did not confirm the right to deferral due to incorrect data in AIKOM, the Ministry of Defense advises to contact the administration of the educational institution. If the problem is related to the information about the main place of work in the Pension Fund, you need to contact the HR department or accounting.
If "Reserve+" displays an outdated place of work, you can use the "Correct data online" service, and then re-submit the deferral application.
