NBU exchange rate for September 16
The exchange rate of the main currencies set by the National Bank of Ukraine on Wednesday, September 16, 2026
The rate of the Dollar, compared to September 15, increased by 2 kopecks to 44.6390 per 1 dollar.
The rate of the Euro decreased by 1 kopeck to 51.5130 per 1 euro.
The Pound Sterling increased to 60.1894 per 1 pound sterling.
The Swiss Franc decreased by 7 kopecks to 54.5542 per 1 Swiss franc.
The Polish Zloty increased by 1 kopeck to 11.8735 per 1 Polish zloty.

The National Bank of Ukraine sets the rate from 15:00 to 16:00, and the rate becomes effective the next day. Also at 12:00 the NBU publishes a reference rate, which serves as a guide of what to expect at 15:00. On weekends and holidays, the rates of the last working day apply.
The National Bank continues to work daily to maintain the stability of the hryvnia by conducting currency interventions and does not allow significant fluctuations in the exchange rate.
