A new deputy from "Servant of the People" has appeared in the Verkhovna Rada

Dmytro Vydolob took the oath of a People's Deputy of Ukraine on September 17 and acquired deputy powers. He was elected on the party list of "Servant of the People", where he held the 168th place in the 2019 parliamentary elections.

Vydolob took the oath during a plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada. After that, he joined the parliamentary faction "Servant of the People".

The day before, on September 16, the Central Election Commission recognized Vydolob as elected and registered him as a People's Deputy.

Prior to that, the mandate was supposed to go to Andriy Misyats, who was the 167th number on the election list of "Servant of the People". The CEC recognized him as elected on September 4, but Misyats submitted a statement of refusal of the deputy mandate within the time limit established by law and did not acquire deputy powers.

Vacant seats in the faction appeared after the Verkhovna Rada on September 3 early terminated the powers of People's Deputies Andriy Zhupanyn and Ostap Shypailo at their personal requests. The first next candidate on the list was Olena Slobodyan, who took the oath on September 15. After Misyats' refusal, the turn passed to Vydolob.

What is known about Dmytro Vydolob

Dmytro Vydolob was born on May 19, 1975. At the time of the 2019 parliamentary elections, he was non-partisan, lived in Kyiv, and was studying in postgraduate studies at the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.

According to the CHESNO Movement, Vydolob previously worked as an assistant to People's Deputy of the VIII convocation Oksana Prodan on a voluntary basis.

In 2019, he ran for the Verkhovna Rada on the party list of "Servant of the People" under No. 168, but did not receive the mandate after the elections. The opportunity to enter parliament appeared only in September 2026 after the early termination of powers of deputies and subsequent refusal of Misyats from the mandate.
