"eRecovery", "eOselya" and housing vouchers temporarily not working in "Diia"

A number of housing services are temporarily unavailable in the "Diia" app and portal, including "eRecovery", "eOselya", and submitting applications for housing vouchers. The reason is technical work in the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property.

On September 17, the press service of "Diia" reported the temporary restrictions.

In particular, the eRecovery section services on the "Diia" portal and app are not working. Users also temporarily cannot submit applications for housing vouchers and use the eOselya program services.

Technical work has also affected categories of the International Register of Damages, whose work is linked to the data of the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property.

"Diia" did not specify the exact time for restoration of services. The team is working to bring all functions back online and promised to separately inform users when the technical work is complete.
