Diesel in Ukraine stopped rising: new prices at filling stations
On September 22, diesel fuel in Ukraine stopped rising for the first time after a wave of price increases and even went down slightly on average. Autogas also went down, while gasolines still added a bit. In most of the largest gas station chains, prices remained unchanged for the day.
This is evidenced by the daily monitoring data of the "A-95" Consulting Group.
Among the national average prices, A-92 gasoline rose most noticeably - immediately by 76 kopecks, to UAH 85.88/L. Regular A-95 added only 6 kopecks and on average costs UAH 89.23/L, while premium A-95+ rose by 23 kopecks - to UAH 93.55/L.
Diesel fuel, on the contrary, lost 4 kopecks and fell to UAH 98.51/L. Autogas dropped more noticeably - by 19 kopecks, to UAH 43.95/L.

Among the eight largest operators, most chains left their key prices unchanged on September 22. OKKO and WOG continue to sell A-95 at an average of UAH 92.90/L, premium gasoline at UAH 95.90, diesel at UAH 99.90, and autogas at UAH 45.50.
UKRNAFTA revised prices most noticeably. A-95 and A-95+ in the chain rose by 1 UAH/L - to 88.90 and 91.90 UAH respectively. A-92 also rose by one hryvnia - to 86.90 UAH/L. Diesel and autogas remained unchanged.
UPG, on the contrary, continued to adjust prices downward. A-95 fell by 1 UAH - to 88.90 UAH/L, and autogas immediately by 1.60 UAH - to 43.90 UAH/L. The chain did not change A-95+ and diesel.
At "BRSM-Nafta" the average diesel price symbolically increased by about 5 kopecks, to 96.31 UAH/L. The rest of the main items remained unchanged.
Thus, after active revisions last week, the movement among the top-8 operators practically stopped: five out of eight chains did not change any of the key items in the table.
At the same time, outside the largest chains, quite sharp fluctuations remain. VostokGaz, which had significantly raised prices the day before, on September 22 partially played back that increase: A-95 and diesel fell immediately by 2 UAH - to 84.99 and 95.99 UAH/L, and autogas by 1 UAH, to 43.49 UAH.
The "Avantage 7" chain reduced diesel by 2 UAH - to 94.95 UAH/L, and autogas by 20 kopecks - to 42.25 UAH. In "Olas", diesel fell by 1.40 UAH, autogas by a hryvnia, but A-95 simultaneously added 60 kopecks.
On the opposite side of the market - Parallel: A-95 and A-95+ in the chain rose by about 1 UAH/L, diesel by 11 kopecks, and autogas by almost 29 kopecks. Neftek raised diesel by a hryvnia, to 101 UAH/L.
Consequently, the overall picture on September 22 remains mixed. Average gasoline prices are still creeping up, but diesel and autogas are already falling, and the vast majority of large chains have paused after the previous wave of increases.
