Fuel in Ukraine has effectively stopped rising in price - situation at gas stations
The wave of sharp rise in fuel prices at Ukrainian gas stations has actually stopped. As of September 23, the average prices of all major fuel types changed by only a few kopecks per day, and most of the largest networks did not rewrite price tags at all.
This is noticeably different from the situation in the first half of September, when gasoline and diesel could rise by more than a hryvnia per day, and some large networks raised prices immediately by 1-4 UAH per liter. As recently as September 14, the average price of A-95 rose by 1.05 UAH per day, diesel by 1.31 UAH, and on September 17, A-95 added another 1.07 UAH.
On September 22, diesel was the first to effectively stop rising, and on September 23, stabilization spread to the entire market. According to "A-95 Consulting Group", A-92 added only about 6 kopecks over the last day, A-95 - 3 kopecks. A-95+, diesel and autogas, on the contrary, symbolically became cheaper.

The pause is especially clear in the largest networks. OKKO, WOG, UKRNAFTA, UPG, AMIC, SOCAR and KLO did not change any of the main prices in the table over the day. Small fluctuations remained only in "BRSM-Nafta".
OKKO and WOG sell A-95 on average at 92.90 UAH/l, premium gasoline at 95.90 UAH/l, diesel at 99.90 UAH/l, autogas at 45.50 UAH/l. In UKRNAFTA and UPG, A-95 costs 88.90 UAH/l, A-95+ at 91.90 UAH/l, and diesel at 97.90 UAH/l.
In "BRSM-Nafta", A-95 became cheaper on average by 9 kopecks per day - to 85.49 UAH/l, autogas also by 9 kopecks, to 42.59 UAH/l. Diesel at the same time added about 5 kopecks and costs 96.35 UAH/l.
Among the top 8 operators, the most expensive A-95 on September 23 remains in SOCAR - 94.90 UAH/l, and the cheapest in "BRSM-Nafta", 85.49 UAH/l. The difference is 9.41 UAH per liter. For diesel, the gap reaches 6.65 UAH - from 96.35 UAH/l in "BRSM-Nafta" to 103 UAH/l in SOCAR.
At the same time, in some smaller networks, sharp price revisions still continue, in both directions. VostokGaz on September 23 raised A-95 by 3 UAH - to 87.99 UAH/l, diesel by 2 UAH - to 97.99 UAH/l, and autogas by 1 UAH - to 44.49 UAH/l. The day before, this network, on the contrary, lowered A-95 and diesel by 2 UAH.
"Rur Group" raised A-92 and A-95 by 3 UAH per liter. At the same time, Neftek lowered A-92, A-95, A-95+ and diesel immediately by 2 UAH, and autogas by a hryvnia. Such local adjustments do not change the overall picture yet: after several weeks of sharp growth, average prices around the country and price tags of the largest operators have practically stopped.
