PUMB closed a branch in Kramatorsk due to the approach of the front
First Ukrainian International Bank (PUMB) closed its branch in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, on September 23. The bank directly cited the deterioration of the security situation and the approach of the front line as the reason.
The corresponding decision was made by the PUMB board on September 22, according to information disclosed by the bank in the SMIDA system.
"In connection with the aggravation of the security situation in the region, the approach of the front line and in order to minimize risks for employees, clients and the Bank's activities, it was decided to close the branch", - explained PUMB.
It concerns the branch at 10 Mykola Leontovycha Street in Kramatorsk. It provided a full range of basic banking services: serviced accounts and payment cards, accepted deposits and cash payments, performed money transfers, currency exchange operations and operations with bank metals.
The formal date of closure of the branch is set as September 23, 2026.
In fact, the operation of this point was limited earlier. On the official PUMB website, it is stated that in May 2026, due to the security situation, the bank suspended the activities of branches in Kramatorsk and Sloviansk.
According to the bank itself, as of August 2026, 204 PUMB branches were operating in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the bank was forced to close or suspend the activities of 44 branches due to hostilities.
PUMB notes that the list of operating points may change depending on the security situation. Customers can check the current status of branches and ATMs on the bank's website or in the PUMB Online application.
