Two WOG oil depots hit by Russian strikes

Russian troops have carried out targeted strikes on two oil depots of the WOG gas station chain over the past few days. No people were injured in the attacks.

This was reported by WOG company. The chain did not specify the locations of the attacked oil depots and the scale of the damage.

The strikes occurred amid a series of Russian attacks on Ukraine's fuel infrastructure. In recent days, gas stations and fuel storage facilities in Kyiv and Zhytomyr region have come under fire.

On September 22, during an attack on Kyiv, hits on fuel tanks were recorded in the Obolonskyi district. This was reported by Mayor Vitali Klitschko. That evening, Russian drones also attacked other districts of the capital.

The day before, on September 21, Russian forces struck two gas station complexes in Zhytomyr region. One of the strikes hit a WOG gas station in the Zviahel district. No one was injured there.

Recently, Russian troops have been systematically attacking Ukrainian gas stations and other fuel infrastructure facilities. In September, strikes on gas stations were also repeatedly recorded in Kyiv: on September 10, a gas station in the Holosiivskyi district was damaged, and on September 11, Russian drones twice attacked the territory of a gas station in the Obolonskyi district and another gas station in the Desnianskyi district.
