Fuel prices in Ukraine have stabilized, some gas stations have begun to selectively reduce prices
Stabilization of prices at Ukrainian gas stations, which became noticeable the day before, continued on September 24. Average prices across the country again changed by only a few kopecks, and most of the largest chains left their main price tags unchanged. At the same time, some operators have already moved to notable price reductions.
This is evidenced by data from the Consulting Group "A-95".
On September 23, Kurs Ukrainy wrote, wrote that after several weeks of sharp price increases, the price growth effectively stopped: all major fuel types changed by only a few kopecks over the day, and seven of the eight largest chains did not rewrite their main price tags. On September 24, this trend persisted, but KLO and AMIC saw noticeable reductions.
On average across the country, A-95 became cheaper by 1 kopeck over the day—to 89.25 UAH/L, diesel—by 9 kopecks, to 98.41 UAH/L. A-95+ added only 1 kopeck, A-92—about 2 kopecks, while LPG remained practically unchanged.

Among the top 8 operators, five chains—OKKO, WOG, UKRNAFTA, UPG, and SOCAR—did not change any of their main prices for the second consecutive day. This confirms that after the September wave of price increases, the largest market players have effectively paused.
At the same time, KLO reduced A-95 and diesel immediately by 1 UAH/L—to 85.90 and 98.80 UAH/L, respectively. AMIC also reduced the diesel price by 1 UAH, to 97.90 UAH/L, and A-95—by an average of about 5 kopecks.
At "BRSM-Nafta" the movement was opposite but insignificant: diesel added about 9 kopecks, LPG—3 kopecks. A-95 remained at the level of the previous day.
Among other operators, the largest changes were recorded at Neftek. The chain raised A-92, A-95, A-95+, and diesel by 2 UAH/L, and LPG by 1 UAH/L. As a result, A-95 in the chain costs 92 UAH/L, diesel—101 UAH/L.
In the opposite direction, VostokGaz and "Olas" revised prices. VostokGaz reduced A-95 and diesel on average by 50 kopecks, and LPG by 1 UAH/L. At "Olas", A-95 gasoline became cheaper by 1 UAH, and diesel by 60 kopecks. At the same time, "Avantage 7" increased diesel by 1 UAH/L.
