NABU may investigate a new episode regarding Yermak - sources
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau may be investigating another episode related to former Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak. According to sources in law enforcement agencies cited by ZN.UA, the investigation is in an active phase and may concern illegal enrichment. About this writes ZN.UA.
At the same time, NABU and SAP have not officially reported a second suspicion to Yermak, so information about the new episode is currently based on data from sources of the publication.
Investigators conduct examinations of seized items
According to ZN.UA information, the investigation is currently focused, in particular, on the examinations of items seized during a search in one of the apartments associated with Timur Mindich. Biological traces, including DNA, are being examined on the items.
The publication does not specify which specific items are being examined, whose biological traces are being investigated, and what significance the results of the examinations may have for a possible new episode. Therefore, it is premature to draw conclusions about the content of the evidence or future procedural decisions.
A first suspicion to Yermak has already been announced
Earlier, NABU and SAP officially informed the former Head of the Presidential Office of a suspicion in the case related to the "Dynasty" residence. According to investigators, it concerned the legalization of more than UAH 460 million, part of which could have come from an energy sector scheme.
In the report for the first half of 2026, NABU confirmed that the former Head of the Presidential Office received a suspicion of laundering more than UAH 460 million. Current information from ZN.UA indicates that a possible new investigation may not relate to this case and may have a different qualification - illegal enrichment.

According to sources of the publication, similar examinations are being conducted on items seized during a search in the assistant of the head of the "Servant of the People" faction Davyd Arakhamia, Taras Melnychuk. In particular, investigators are also examining biological traces.
At the same time, ZN.UA separately emphasizes that the sources did not report whose traces are being sought and with which samples they are being compared. The assumption that such items could have been envelopes, the publication itself calls only its own version, and not an established fact.
In addition, according to ZN.UA information, NABU and SAP at the time of publication had not approached the Prosecutor General with a request to start an investigation directly regarding People's Deputy Davyd Arakhamia.
