Russia again attacked warehouse infrastructure near Kyiv

On the night of September 4, Russian drones again damaged warehouse premises in the suburbs of Kyiv. Hits were recorded in Sofiivska Borshchahivka. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, as a result of night attacks, a business and a supermarket were also damaged.

Acting head of the Borshchahivka village council, Oleksandr Medvid, reported the new strike on warehouse infrastructure.

"This night, hits were recorded on warehouse premises in Sofiivska Borshchahivka. The enemy continues to attack and destroy civilian infrastructure", he stated.

Relevant services are working on site and the aftermath is being addressed. The local authorities have not yet disclosed information about the area of damaged warehouses, their owner, or the extent of losses.

This is not the first attack on warehouse and logistics facilities in this area. During previous Russian strikes in Sofiivska Borshchahivka, fires also broke out on the territory of logistics infrastructure.

Russia claimed an attack on a logistics center in Hatne

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in its morning briefing claimed that at night Russian forces struck the "EKO-Avtotekhnicks" logistics center in the village of Hatne, Kyiv region.

The Russian agency asserts that allegedly dual-use goods were stored and distributed in the warehouses. There is currently no confirmation of these claims from the Ukrainian side.

Local Telegram channels at night also reported hits in the Hatne area and published footage of the fire. The village is located near Sofiivska Borshchahivka.

At the same time, there is currently not enough confirmed data to assert that the report of the Russian Ministry of Defense about a facility in Hatne and the report of the Borshchahivka community about hits on warehouses in Sofiivska Borshchahivka relate to the same facility.

A business and a supermarket were damaged in Dnipropetrovsk region

Russian forces at night also attacked Nikopol and Pavlohrad districts in Dnipropetrovsk region more than ten times with drones and artillery.

In the Nikopol district, Nikopol, Pokrovska and Marhanets communities were under attack. As a result, a business and a supermarket were damaged.

In the Pavlohrad district, Russians attacked the Bohdanivka community. A fire broke out there and a car was damaged. Two police officers were killed, and another law enforcement officer is in the hospital in serious condition.

Russia launched more than a hundred drones

According to the Ukrainian Air Force, on the night of September 4, Russia attacked Ukraine with 112 Shahed-type attack drones and imitation drones of various types.

Defense forces shot down or suppressed 84 drones. At the same time, hits by 28 attack drones at 17 locations were recorded, and debris from downed targets fell at five more locations.

New damage to businesses occurred amid a series of Russian strikes on warehouse, logistics and production infrastructure. Just the day before, on September 3, Russian attacks damaged businesses and warehouses in several regions, and in Dnipro a depot and a branch of "Nova Poshta" were destroyed.
