Two industrial parks with 2,500 jobs to be created in Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers has included two new sites in the Register of Industrial Parks: "Khorvatskyi Hostynets" in Lviv region and "Bessarabskyi AgroTech Park" in Odesa region. They plan to attract a total of almost UAH 1.8 billion in investments and create about 2,500 jobs.
This was reported by the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine.
The industrial park "Khorvatskyi Hostynets" will be located on the territory of Mykolaiv city amalgamated territorial community, Stryi district, Lviv region. The initiator of its creation is the Mykolaiv City Council.
The park area will be 32.34 hectares. It is planned to create about 1,500 new jobs and attract UAH 913 million from the initiator, private investors and the management company.
Generators and equipment to be produced in Lviv region
The main activities of "Khorvatskyi Hostynets" are to produce electric motors, generators and transformers, non-metallic mineral products, machinery and equipment for mining and construction.
They also plan to develop the production of building materials, machine building and alternative energy on the park territory.
Odesa region to focus on processing agricultural products
The second industrial park, "Bessarabskyi AgroTech Park", will be created in the town of Artsyz, Bolhrad district, Odesa region. The initiator of the project is the Artsyz City Council.
The park will occupy 23 hectares. It is planned to create about 1,000 jobs, and the planned investment is UAH 884 million.
The main specialization will be the food industry. In particular, processing and canning of potatoes, fruits and vegetables, production of oil and animal fats. Alternative energy will be a separate area.
Thus, the total stated investment in the two new parks is UAH 1.797 billion, and the number of planned jobs is about 2,500.
One of the parks may receive up to UAH 150 million from the state
The Ministry of Economy noted that the management company of "Bessarabskyi AgroTech Park" will be able to apply for state incentives in the form of non-repayable financial assistance of up to UAH 150 million for infrastructure development.
According to Deputy Minister of Economy and Environment Vitaliy Kindrativ, the two new projects cover important areas for Ukraine: machine building and processing of agricultural products with a shift from raw materials to production of finished goods.
After the inclusion of the new sites in the register, Ukraine has 125 registered industrial parks in almost all regions.
According to the Ministry of Economy, as of the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises were already built or under construction on the territory of industrial parks. The total investment attracted exceeded UAH 45 billion.
