Drones attacked business facilities in Kyiv: gas station, cafe and offices damaged

On the evening of September 27 and into the night of September 28, Russian drones attacked Kyiv and its suburbs. Among the damaged facilities are a gas station, office and warehouse buildings, a cafe, as well as a market in the suburbs of the capital. Fires broke out at several locations.

In the Obolonskyi district, a UAV hit fuel dispensers at a gas station, causing a fire. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko and the Kyiv City Military Administration reported on the aftermath of the strike.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a Russian drone hit an office building. The KCMA confirmed the damage, and the SES reported fires in office buildings in the Shevchenkivskyi and Pecherskyi districts.

Another strike was recorded in the Holosiivskyi district. According to Klitschko, the UAV hit a cafe located near a gas station. The KCMA also confirmed the drone hit the establishment.

A series of strikes on non-residential and commercial facilities began as early as the evening of September 27. In the Pecherskyi district, a drone fell on the roof of a warehouse building, after which a fire broke out. In the Podilskyi district, UAV debris fell on the roof of an office building - a fire occurred and destruction was recorded. Nearby, a strike on a 16-story residential building was later reported.

In addition, in a suburb of Kyiv, a market caught fire during the Russian attack. Klitschko reported in the evening that two people were preliminarily killed there and four more were injured.

There are also casualties in Kyiv itself. The SES reported four injuries as a result of the night attack - three in the Podilskyi and one in the Holosiivskyi district. Klitschko separately noted that three people were injured in the Podilskyi district since the beginning of September 28.

Emergency and rescue services are working at the strike sites and mitigating the consequences of the attack. Information on the extent of damage to individual facilities is being clarified.
