Documents and some services are temporarily unavailable in Diia

Some digital documents and certain services are temporarily unavailable in the Diia app. The reason is technical work carried out by the State Migration Service of Ukraine. This was reported by the Diia press service.

Users who will need documents in the near future are advised to have their physical originals with them. This applies in particular to passports and driver's licenses.

Meanwhile, Ukrainians can use the eDocument in the app to confirm their identity – it remains available.

Diia stated that the team is already working to restore the service's full functionality. The exact timeframe for completing the technical work has not yet been announced.

After the work is completed, digital documents and related services should return to normal operation.
