Russian attack damaged railway infrastructure in Vinnytsia region, power outages reported

In the Vinnytsia region, as a result of the Russian attack, a hit was recorded on a railway infrastructure object. Due to the damage, more than 15,000 consumers lost electricity.

This was reported by the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration. Relevant services are working at the site, and the aftermath of the strike is being dealt with. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties.

Power supply problems after the Russian attack also arose in Sumy. "Sumyoblenergo" reported an emergency power outage in part of the city due to RF armed aggression.

Energy workers are working to restore electricity distribution. The extent of the damage and the number of de-energized consumers in Sumy have not yet been clarified.

Ukrenergo reported that as a result of Russian attacks on energy infrastructure facilities on the morning of September 29, new power outages were recorded not only in the Vinnytsia and Sumy regions, but also in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Zhytomyr regions. Where the security situation allows, emergency repair work has already begun.
