ARMA has put nine vessels in Izmail up for sale for over UAH 150 million

Nine arrested vessels located in Izmail, Odesa Oblast, have been put up for sale as a single lot. The starting price of the assets is UAH 151.66 million. This was reported by Suspilne Odesa.

The lot includes eight dry cargo ships and one oil tanker. All of them are located in Izmail. Some of the vessels sustained damage as a result of Russian attacks during the full-scale war.

The electronic auction is scheduled for October 8, 2026. The vessels are being sold together, so bidders will compete for the entire package of assets at once.

These are the vessels Rondo, Svir, Avangard, Volga-Balt 225, Volga-Balt 193, Volga-Balt 244, Omskiy-6, Naviger-2, and Omskiy-132. ARMA had previously initiated a procedure for their independent valuation before further management or sale.

Thus, at the starting price, the entire fleet is estimated at approximately UAH 152 million. The final sale amount will depend on the number of participants and the results of the auction.

Some assets will require additional recovery costs due to damage sustained during Russian attacks on the port infrastructure in southern Odesa Oblast. This may affect the interest of potential buyers and the final price of the lot.
