Reserve+ temporarily suspended processing of some deferments

In the Reserve+ app, from 14:30 October 2, processing of certain types of mobilization deferments is temporarily unavailable. The restriction is related to scheduled maintenance in the systems of the Ministry of Social Policy. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

During the technical work, it is not possible in Reserve+ to process a deferment related to disability – one's own, a child's, or parents'.

The Ministry of Defense emphasized that re-entering the app will not restore access to these services. Users are advised not to log out of their account for re-authorization.

At the same time, existing information does not disappear. If disability data or an active deferment is already displayed in the electronic military registration document, it will remain in the system.

Resumption of processing of these categories of deferments is planned for approximately October 4 after 16:00. The Ministry of Defense promises to announce separately when the technical work is completed.

Thus, the restriction applies specifically to the processing of new deferments on certain grounds, not to already confirmed deferments displayed in Reserve+.
