Exchange rates of major currencies set by the National Bank of Ukraine on Wednesday, October 7, 2026

The dollar rate, compared to October 6, decreased to 44.9453 per 1 dollar.

The euro rose by 16 kopecks to 50.6394 per 1 euro.

The British pound rate increased by 7 kopecks to 59.6676 per 1 pound sterling.

The Swiss franc rate fell by 9 kopecks to 54.1197 per 1 Swiss franc.

The Polish zloty rose by 7 kopecks to 11.5966 per 1 Polish zloty.

The National Bank of Ukraine sets the exchange rate from 15:00 to 16:00, and the rate takes effect the next day. At 12:00, the NBU also publishes a reference rate that serves as an indicator of what to expect at 15:00. On weekends and holidays, the rates of the last working day apply.

The National Bank continues to work daily to maintain the stability of the hryvnia by conducting currency interventions and does not allow significant fluctuations in the exchange rate.
