Large gas station chains in Ukraine raised autogas prices - monitoring

Average retail prices for most types of fuel in Ukraine as of October 7 remained almost unchanged, but autogas rose noticeably in price overnight. Its average cost increased by 26 kopecks - up to UAH 44.57 per liter, according to the "A-95" Consulting Group.

The average price of A-92 gasoline decreased by 1 kopeck - to UAH 85.96 per liter. A-95 gasoline cost on average UAH 89.15 per liter, and A-95+ - UAH 93.44 per liter. The average cost of diesel fuel was UAH 98.40 per liter.

Among the eight largest operators, the main changes also affected autogas. OKKO raised its average price by 1 UAH/l - up to 46.90 UAH, UPG - by 50 kopecks, to 44.40 UAH, and SOCAR - by 1 UAH, to 46.61 UAH/l.

The most noticeable changes among large chains were recorded at KLO: A-95 gasoline rose in price by 1 UAH - to 86.90 UAH/l, and autogas - immediately by 1.20 UAH, to 46.60 UAH/l. At "BRSM-Nafta", on the contrary, the average gas price decreased by about 5 kopecks - to 42.78 UAH/l.

Within the top-8, the most expensive A-95 gasoline is offered by SOCAR - on average 94.90 UAH/l, and the lowest price among these networks is at "BRSM-Nafta" - 85.67 UAH/l. Diesel fuel is also the most expensive at SOCAR - 103 UAH/l, while at "BRSM-Nafta" it costs on average 96.40 UAH/l.

Outside the eight largest operators, there were also significantly sharper movements. VostokGaz raised average prices for A-95, diesel fuel and autogas by 2 UAH/l at once. At Grand Petrol, autogas rose in price by 2 UAH. At the same time, Neftek reduced prices for A-92, A-95, A-95+ and diesel fuel by 2 UAH/l, but raised the gas price by 40 kopecks. In the "Olas" network, A-92 and A-95 gasoline rose by 1 UAH/l, and diesel fuel - by 60 kopecks.

Thus, the main movement of retail prices on October 7 was concentrated in the autogas segment, while gasoline and diesel at most large chains remained at the level of the previous day.
