At Ukrainian gas stations on October 14, the increase in prices for diesel fuel and autogas continued. At the same time, average gasoline prices showed mixed dynamics: A-95 slightly increased in price, while A-92 and premium A-95+ slightly decreased. The most noticeable changes among large gas station chains occurred at WOG, UKRNAFTA, AMIC, and "BRSM-Nafta".

This is evidenced by the daily monitoring data of the Consulting Group "A-95" as of October 14.

The average cost of autogas in Ukraine increased by 48 kopecks - to 47.17 UAH/l. The day before, this type of fuel had risen in price by 46 kopecks, so the growth rate remains high.

The increase in diesel fuel prices also noticeably accelerated. Over the day, its average price increased by 33 kopecks - to 99.07 UAH/l. For comparison, on October 13, diesel added only 6 kopecks.

A-95 gasoline increased by 3 kopecks - to 89.51 UAH/l. At the same time, A-92 decreased by 5 kopecks, to 86.01 UAH/l, and A-95+ - by 1 kopeck, to 93.49 UAH/l.

Thus, over the day, average prices increased for three of the five main types of fuel. Autogas remains the leader in price growth, but the rise in diesel cost is becoming increasingly noticeable.

Prices in the largest gas station chains

Among the eight major operators, the main changes occurred for diesel fuel and autogas. Prices for A-95 and A-95+ gasoline in all eight chains remained at the level of the previous day.

The WOG chain raised the price of diesel by 1 UAH - to 100.90 UAH/l. Meanwhile, OKKO kept the cost of this type of fuel at 99.90 UAH/l.

In the UKRNAFTA chain, autogas increased by 1 UAH - to 45.90 UAH/l. After this, the price equaled the indicator that remains unchanged at OKKO and WOG, only in terms of the daily increase? No: in these two chains, autogas costs 48.90 UAH/l.

Among the mentioned eight operators, autogas increased the most in the AMIC chain - on average by 1.09 UAH, to 47.84 UAH/l. In "BRSM-Nafta", its cost increased by 57 kopecks - to 45.43 UAH/l. This chain also raised the average price of diesel by 18 kopecks - to 96.88 UAH/l.

However, OKKO, UPG, SOCAR, and KLO kept prices for all main types of fuel unchanged.

The most expensive A-95 gasoline among these chains remains in SOCAR - 94.90 UAH/l, while the lowest average price is in "BRSM-Nafta" - 86.60 UAH/l. The difference is 8.30 UAH per liter, or 415 UAH when refilling a 50-liter tank.

For diesel fuel, the highest price is also in SOCAR - 103 UAH/l, and the lowest - in "BRSM-Nafta", 96.88 UAH/l.

Autogas among the eight chains is most expensive at OKKO and WOG - 48.90 UAH/l each, and cheapest at "BRSM-Nafta", 45.43 UAH/l.

Where fuel prices increased the most

In smaller gas station chains, significantly more substantial price fluctuations were recorded, primarily for diesel fuel.

The largest increase in diesel cost in the monitoring occurred in the "Katral" chain - immediately by 4 UAH, to 102.99 UAH/l.

The EURO5 chain raised the price of diesel fuel by 3.10 UAH - to 102 UAH/l, and "Market" - by 2.41 UAH, also to 102 UAH/l.

In the VST and VostokGaz chains, diesel increased by 2 UAH per liter - to 99.90 and 99.99 UAH/l, respectively. In addition, VostokGaz raised the average price of A-95 gasoline by 2 UAH - to 88.99 UAH/l.

Among autogas operators, the largest increase was demonstrated by the "Olas" chain: by 3 UAH, to 47.90 UAH/l.

In "DNIPRONAFTA", autogas increased on average by 1.83 UAH - to 47.66 UAH/l. At the same time, A-95 gasoline in this chain added 1.67 UAH - to 86.99 UAH/l, diesel - 1.33 UAH, to 98.66 UAH/l.

A noticeable increase in autogas was also recorded at Chipo - by 1.28 UAH, to 47.60 UAH/l.

Some gas stations lowered prices

Against the backdrop of a general increase in diesel and autogas prices, some operators carried out price reductions.

In particular, in the Neftek chain, A-95 gasoline fell by 2 UAH - to 90 UAH/l, premium A-95+ - by 2 UAH, to 93 UAH/l.

Diesel fuel in this chain also fell by 2 UAH - to 101 UAH/l, and autogas - by 1 UAH, to 47.90 UAH/l.

Thus, the fuel market on October 14 showed mixed dynamics: average prices for diesel and autogas continue to rise, but some gasoline brands and products of some operators are becoming cheaper.

Compared to October 13, the acceleration of diesel fuel price growth became especially noticeable, while autogas maintains its leading position in terms of absolute daily increase among the main types of fuel.
