Kravchenko filed a declaration after dismissal: new details about the property of the former prosecutor general
Former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko filed a declaration upon dismissal, in which he indicated a house in Kozyn near Kyiv worth 22.8 million UAH, a land plot and a gas power plant. The property is in the use of the official's family, and the power plant belongs to a private enterprise.
The Center for Combating Corruption drew attention to the new declaration in the NACP register. Kravchenko filed the document on October 20, 2026. It covers the period from January 1 to September 21.
The declaration includes a residential house in the village of Kozyn with an area of 292.6 sq. m, valued at 22.81 million UAH. The family also uses a land plot of 1056 sq. m, the value of which is 3.13 million UAH.
According to the document, Kravchenko received the right to use the house on May 1, 2026. His wife, Oleksandra Kravchenko, is listed as the tenant of the property. The ex-prosecutor general himself has the right to use the housing, while the owner of the house is another individual.
Separately, a gas power plant worth 1.14 million UAH appeared in the declaration. His wife has had the right to use it since May 2026. The owner of the equipment is indicated as a private agricultural enterprise "Agrofirm "Svitanok".
This same enterprise is indicated among Oleksandra Kravchenko's sources of income. She received a salary there, but its amount is not specified in the declaration, with a note that the family member did not provide the relevant information.
In addition, the former prosecutor general declared his own apartment in Kyiv with an area of 53.2 sq. m, the value of which on the date of acquisition of ownership in September 2026 was 734 thousand UAH. The wife owns a Land Rover Range Rover Evoque 2020.
For the period covered by the declaration, Kravchenko received 1.36 million UAH in salary at the Prosecutor General's Office. His wife declared 3.22 million UAH of income from entrepreneurial activity, about 2.15 million UAH from the sale of real estate, and almost 117 thousand UAH of salary at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
Among monetary assets, Kravchenko indicated 35 thousand dollars in cash, and his wife - 29 thousand dollars. The declaration also reflects funds in the spouses' bank accounts.
The house in Kozyn was previously mentioned in an anti-corruption investigation. During a court hearing in the case of former official of the Prosecutor General's Office Serhiy Kropyva, the SAP prosecutor reported about recordings of conversations that, according to the prosecution, testified to Kropyva's participation in organizing and coordinating the repair of housing where Kravchenko's family lived.
In September, Kravchenko confirmed that his family rents a house in Kozyn and moved there on May 1. At the same time, he denied his involvement in the scheme with illegal call centers and stated that the family's expenses correspond to its legal income.
The new declaration documentarily confirms the characteristics and declared value of the real estate, the lease of which Kravchenko previously spoke about. At the same time, the value of the house indicated in the document is not the amount of rent and does not indicate the purchase of this property by the former prosecutor general.
