In Kyiv, from October 22 to December 15, traffic will be partially restricted on the Demiivska Square interchange in Holosiivskyi district. The restrictions are due to the repair of the overpass leading towards Mykola Mikhnovsky Boulevard.
On October 21, "Evening Kyiv" reports, citing the Kyiv City State Administration and the municipal enterprise "Kyivavtoshlyakhmist".
Road services plan to renew the asphalt-concrete pavement on the section of the overpass entrance from Demiivska Square towards Mykola Mikhnovsky Boulevard.
Work will begin on October 22 from the far right lane of traffic. During the repair, vehicles will be able to pass in the second lane.
As "KyivVlada" specifies, repairs will be carried out in stages, so the transport interchange will not be completely closed. Traffic in the area will continue throughout the entire work period.
The restrictions will last almost two months — until December 15 inclusive. Drivers are advised to take into account the temporary narrowing of the roadway when planning trips through Holosiivskyi district of the capital.
The municipal enterprise apologizes for the temporary inconvenience and has published a traffic management scheme for the repair period.
