On Tuesday, October 27, hourly power outage schedules will continue to apply in parts of Ukraine. The restrictions will affect household consumers and businesses, and their volume will be from 1.5 to 2.5 stages.
This was reported on October 26 by NPC Ukrenergo.
Power supply restrictions on October 27 will be in effect from 06:00 to 23:59. Power engineers have planned the following measures:
- from 06:00 to 23:59 — hourly power outage schedules for all consumer categories in the amount of 1.5 to 2.5 stages;
- from 06:00 to 23:59 — power limitation schedules for industrial enterprises.
The reason for the restrictions is the consequences of massive Russian missile and drone attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
Ukrenergo warned that due to possible new shelling, the situation in the power system may change. Therefore, the time and duration of outages in certain regions may be adjusted during the day.
The company did not publish a full list of regions where restrictions will apply. The exact time of power absence for a specific address should be checked on the official websites and pages of regional distribution system operators — oblenergo.
The company also urged Ukrainians to use electricity sparingly after power supply is restored according to the schedule. This is necessary to reduce the load on the damaged power system.
Let us remind you that on October 26, power supply restrictions were also applied in Ukraine. As previously reported by Kurs.com.ua, due to damage to energy facilities, outage schedules were increased to 2.5 stages. New blackouts after Russian attacks were recorded in six regions.
