Traffic and pedestrian traffic will be temporarily rerouted in two districts of Kyiv

In Kyiv on August 6 and 7, traffic and pedestrian movement will be temporarily restricted in two sections. Changes will affect the Desnianskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts.

This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.

Motorists should take into account partial traffic restrictions on Heroiv Enerhetykiv Street in the Desnianskyi district. The street is not planned to be completely closed.

In the city center, temporary restrictions will be introduced for pedestrians in the underpass at Maidan Nezalezhnosti. Works will be carried out on August 6 and 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Certain sections of the crossing will be closed alternately and in stages. Pedestrian movement through the underpass will not be completely stopped.

The Kyiv City State Administration asked drivers and pedestrians to take into account the temporary restrictions when planning routes.
