President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky received credentials from the newly appointed ambassadors of Bulgaria, Estonia, Germany, and India.

The head of state reported this on August 18 on the social network X.

Zelensky congratulated the diplomats on the start of their missions in Ukraine and wished them successful work.

The presentation of credentials is an official procedure, after which a new ambassador is able to fully perform their diplomatic functions in the host country.

Germany, Estonia, and Bulgaria are members of the European Union and provide support to Ukraine in the face of full-scale Russian aggression. India, in turn, remains one of Kyiv's important partners in Asia, and the Ukrainian side continues to develop political and economic dialogue with New Delhi.

Zelensky regularly holds separate meetings with newly appointed ambassadors after the presentation of credentials, during which the parties discuss bilateral relations, support for Ukraine, and further areas of cooperation.
